Conditions for Return/Exchange
- Product is still in its original condition — unused and unwashed
- Within 7 days of receiving the order
- Must have full invoice or order confirmation
- Manufacturing defect (wrong color, wrong size, print error)
Cases Not Eligible
- Product has been used or washed
- Damage caused by customer misuse (torn, color-stained from improper care)
- Sale or promotional items (except manufacturing defects)
